Flow Rates

There is an unaccounted increase in streamflow through Waubesa at McFarland, and an even greater disparity downstream from Stoughton. This needs to be accounted for in some manner.

What if the dam breaks?

Initial flow rate of over 2656cfs will raise Monona 19 inches and lower Mendota 6 inches in the first 24 hours of the event. that rate will slow until the lakes equalize.
