2026 Household Membership Sign-Up

For your convenience we've set up two ways to start your YLA membership:

1. Use the secure electronic form below to send us your name, contact information, and payment.

2. Fill out the pre-addressed envelope in our early April mailing and send it back to us with your check. If you’ve lost the envelope, please send us a note with your name and contact information along with your check mailed to:

This year we’re giving you the option to have your YLA membership automatically renew annually. If you’re interested in having your membership automatically renew please choose “Yearly” under the Recurring Option. If you’d rather just pay for 2026, please choose “One-Time”
