Roast Pork Tenderloin with Door County Cherry and Port Demi-glaze
Fresh Norwegian Salmon Filet with Dill Sauce
Pasta Primavera - Penne Pasta, Lemon Cream Sauce, Asparagus, Broccoli, Zucchini, and Bell Peppers
Each entree will be served with - Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Sugar Snap Peas with Julienne Carrots
